The decoder responds to all functions that have a “1” set in this CV<br />
once a consist is configured. A consist is configured by CV19<br />
programmed to a value from 1-127. A value of 0 breaks the consist.<br />
See CV19. This CV is used to configure the engine for a front, middle<br />
or end in the consist.<br />
