If you would like help and advice about bringing your
groups to Normandy, please contact our team. We can
offer all the information you need on destinations,
accommodation, themed tours and guides and we also
have excellent connections in the region that are on hand
to assist in making your trips run smoothly.
We also host regular familiarisation visits to the region
and deliver free training sessions to sales and marketing
staff to enrich their knowledge of the region.

The Quality Tourism label issued by the French Tourism ministry identifies tourism sector
professionals who have undertaken a number of measures to improve the quality of service they
provide. Establishments with the quality label focus on enhanced reception and guest
information services. Normandy’s Regional authorities ensure the visitor experience is of the
highest standards via its own quality charter. You will notice both logos in hotels, restaurants and
visitor attractions around the region and in the following pages.

Visitors with disabilities are truly welcome throughout Normandy and we are working to fully meet
their needs. We know there is some way to go to meet the high standards required, which is why
restaurants, hotels and attractions are working together to improve and ensure accessibility. This
national logo aims to provide accurate, consistent and objective information regarding the
accessibility of holiday spots and leisure activities. The awarding of this label guarantees a
maximum of autonomy for the four main categories of disability (physical, mental, hearing and
visual).
