Water block for<br />

Field of application<br />
The valve block is used in an oil-free<br />
screw compressor with water injection<br />
cooling. The compressor is driven via<br />
V-belt and operates in a closed circuit.<br />
For this purpose, the internal water<br />
supply must be constantly conditioned<br />
and cooled.<br />
Design<br />
The compact valve block consists of a<br />
coated aluminum block with 5 integrated<br />
Type 0280 <strong>valves</strong>, 4 check <strong>valves</strong><br />
made of brass and a flow switch with<br />
flapper sensor. Material and design<br />
also allow use of de-ionized water.<br />
The block has 4 inlets and 3 outlets.<br />
