Operated by Northstar Senior Living, one of the premier providers of senior living in the country, the 24-unit community is scheduled to open in the burgeoning Uptown neighborhood of Palm Springs in September 2014. Dee Wieringa, named the community’s Executive Director/Administrator, has more than a decade of progressively responsible leadership experience in senior living administration. “In her role as Executive Director/Administrator, Dee will oversee all key functions essential to launching and managing the community,” explained Steven Kregel, Chief Operating Officer at Northstar Senior Living. Entrance fees for Stonewall Gardens start at $3,000, and monthly fees begin at $3,850 based on the level of care required for each resident. Reservations/deposits are currently being accepted and a model is expected to open for tours in mid-August 2014.
