44 frontline technologies corporation ltd annual report 2006 > directors’ report 6. Audit committee The Audit Committee (the Committee) comprises of all independent non-executive directors. The members of the Committee are: Tay Swee Sze (Chairman) Harrison Wang Hong She Robert Yap Min Choy The Committee performs the functions set out in the Singapore Companies Act and the Code of Corporate Governance. In performing those functions, the Committee reviewed the overall scope of both internal and external audits and the assistance given by the Company’s officers to the auditors. The Committee met with the internal and external auditors to discuss the results of their respective examinations and their evaluation of the systems of internal accounting controls. The Committee also reviewed the financial statements of the Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Group for the year ended 31 March 2006, as well as the external auditors’ report thereon. A full report of these functions performed is included in the Report on Corporate Governance. 7. Auditors Baker Tilly TFWLCL have expressed their willingness to accept appointment as auditors of the Company.
