committee meetings and other meetings<br />
conducted by or on behalf of Council where<br />
Council has resolved that the provisions of<br />
this Local Law are to apply;<br />
f. provide for the procedures governing the<br />
conduct of Council meetings and Special<br />

g. promote and encourage community<br />
participation in the system of local<br />
government by providing mechanisms<br />
with the meeting arrangements for Council<br />

The Bass Coast Shire Council has prepared<br />
Amendment C117 to the Bass Coast Planning<br />
Scheme.<br />
In accordance with section 8A(3) of the<br />
Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />
Minister for Planning authorised the Bass Coast<br />
Shire Council as planning authority to prepare<br />
the Amendment.<br />
The land affected by the Amendment includes<br />
Lots 1–11 and 14–24 on Plan of Subdivision<br />
005558, Parish of Woolamai.<br />
The Amendment proposes to:<br />
l delete the Restructure Overlay – Schedule 6<br />
from the subject site; and<br />
l issue Planning Permit No. 100019 to<br />
re-subdivide the subject land.<br />
You may inspect the Amendment, any<br />
documents that support the Amendment and<br />
the explanatory report about the Amendment at<br />
the following locations: at the customer service<br />
centre of the planning authority, Bass Coast<br />
Shire Council, free of charge during office hours<br />
in Wonthaggi; at the Bass Coast Shire Council<br />

The Campaspe Shire Council has prepared<br />
Amendment C76 to the Campaspe Planning<br />
Scheme.<br />
In accordance with section 8A(3) of the<br />
Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />
Minister for Planning authorised the Campaspe<br />
Shire Council as planning authority to prepare<br />
the Amendment.<br />
The Amendment applies to the Echuca<br />
Aerodrome land – Lot 4 PS529165; Lots<br />
1–18 PS431846; Plan PC367691 and Lots 1–2<br />
TP172414. Land within the vicinity of the<br />
Echuca Aerodrome, particularly land under the<br />
approach and take-off paths of the aerodrome’s<br />
runways, is also affected by the Amendment.<br />
The Amendment:<br />
l makes changes to Clause 21.02 and 21.04 of<br />
the Local Planning Policy Framework;<br />
l rezones the Echuca Aerodrome land from<br />
Public Use Zone 4 – Transport to Special<br />
Use Zone 3 – Echuca Aerodrome;<br />
l introduces Special Use Zone Schedule 3 to<br />
apply to the aerodrome land;<br />
l applies the Design and Development<br />
Overlay (DDO5, DDO6 and DDO7) to land
