The Amendment removes the interim<br />

Heritage Overlays from the following properties<br />

by amending the schedule to Clause 43.01 of the<br />

Bayside Planning Scheme:<br />

l 493–497 Balcombe Road, Beaumaris<br />

(HO413); and<br />

l 47–49 <strong>Victoria</strong> Street, Sandringham<br />

(HO620).<br />

The Amendment also removes the interim<br />

Heritage Overlay from the following precinct<br />

by amending the schedule to Clause 43.01 of the<br />

Bayside Planning Scheme and the local policy<br />

for heritage in Clause 22.06 of the Bayside<br />

Planning Scheme:<br />

l Mariemont Avenue Precinct (comprising 9,<br />

11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 21a, 23, 25 and 27<br />

Mariemont Avenue) (H0758).<br />

The Heritage Overlay maps will be modified<br />

by deleting the properties and precinct listed<br />

above.<br />

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected,<br />

free of charge, at the Department of Planning<br />

and Community Development website at www.<br />

dpcd.vic.gov.au/planning/publicinspection and<br />

free of charge, during office hours, at the offices<br />

of the Bayside City Council, Corporate Centre,<br />

Notice of Approval of Amendment<br />

Amendment C90<br />

The Minister for Planning has approved<br />

Amendment C90 to the Boroondara Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />

date this notice is published in the <strong>Government</strong><br />

<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />

The Amendment applies to land at 313<br />

Doncaster Road and 5 Tannock Street, Balwyn<br />

North, and rezones the land from Residential 1<br />

Zone to Business 1 Zone. The Amendment also<br />

provides for a planning permit to be granted<br />

for the development of the land for Shop,<br />

internally illuminated Business identification<br />

signs, modification of access to a Road Zone<br />

Category 1 and a reduction in the number of car<br />

parking spaces and bicycle facilities required, in<br />

accordance with the endorsed plans.<br />

The Minister has granted the permit under<br />

Division 5 Part 4 of the Act for the following<br />

land parcels:<br />

Description of land<br />

l 313 Doncaster Road and 5 Tannock Street,<br />

Balwyn North.<br />

A copy of the Amendment and permit can<br />

be inspected, free of charge, during office hours<br />

at the office of the Boroondara City Council<br />

Planning Customer Service Counter, 1st floor, 8<br />

Inglesby Road, Camberwell.<br />

The Amendment can also be inspected free<br />

of charge at the Department of Planning and<br />

Community Development website at www.dpcd.<br />
