MINUTES
The Greenville Board of Education of Greenville City School District, Darke County, Ohio,
met in Special Session in the Anna Bier Civic Room, Memorial Hall, Greenville, Ohio, on
Tuesday, February 19, 2008, with the following members present:
Mr. Bill Funderburg, Mrs. Eileen Litchfield, Mrs. Cynthia Scott, Mr. Jim Sommer, and Mr.
Ben Studabaker. Also present were Miss Susan Riegle, Mr. Jon McGreevey, Mrs. Melodie
Bernhard, and Mrs. Carla Surber.
I. CERTIFICATION
The Treasurer certified that this meeting had been published in accordance with
O.R.C. Section 121.22 at 7:34 P.M.
The Board of Education recognized Kenneth Preston and the Greenville City School
Retirees.
