• Classified Employees who use no personal leave during the second<br />

semester may be compensated in the amount of fifty dollars<br />

($50.00)<br />

• Employees who use no personal leave during the first and second<br />

semester shall be compensated in the amount of ($150.00)<br />

• Under no circumstances shall any classified employee receive a<br />

perfect attendance incentive greater than three hundred dollars<br />

($300.00)<br />

• If a Classified Employee uses three (3) days of personal leave during<br />

either semester, he/she shall not be eligible to earn the perfect<br />

attendance incentive for non‐use of personal leave.<br />

• In the event that a classified employee exhausts all accumulated<br />

sick leave during the first semester, he/she shall be eligible to earn<br />

the perfect attendance incentive providing no sick leave is used<br />

during the second semester.<br />

• The perfect attendance incentive compensation shall be subject to<br />

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations regarding payroll tax<br />

deductions.<br />

• Regular part‐time classified employees who provide a minimum of<br />

half‐time service to the District shall be eligible for the perfect<br />

attendance incentive in an amount not to exceed fifty percent<br />

(50%) of the amounts defined in this board action.<br />

Further recommended the Superintendent and Treasurer be authorized<br />

to make corrections if errors are discovered.<br />

e. Recommended approval of the following individuals to conduct<br />

Saturday/Evening School during the 2007‐20<strong>08</strong> school year:<br />

f. Recommended payment to David Smith, <strong>Greenville</strong> Junior High<br />

School teacher, for services provided as 8th grade Core Tutor at<br />

<strong>Greenville</strong> Junior High School at the rate of $24.12 per hour to be paid<br />

with Core Implementation Grant funds. The schedule and the duties<br />

performed shall be determined by the Superintendent or designee.<br />

g. Recommended payment to Marti Phelan, for services provided as 8th<br />

grade Core Tutor at <strong>Greenville</strong> Junior High School at the rate of<br />

$24.12 per hour to be paid with Core Implementation Grant funds.<br />

The schedule and the duties performed shall be determined by the<br />

Superintendent or designee.<br />

h. Recommended employment of Aaron Brumbaugh as a Home<br />

Instruction Teacher, pending completion of all necessary<br />
