Acceptable Reasons for Refusal
• The offered position was withdrawn.
• The claimant found other work which fairly
and reasonably represents their earning
capacity (in which case compensation
would be adjusted or terminated based on
actual earnings).
• The medical evidence establishes that the
claimant’s condition has worsened since
the beginning of the reemployment effort
such that the claimant is now disabled for
the job in question.
