Acceptable Reasons for Refusal<br />

• <strong>The</strong> offered position was withdrawn.<br />

• <strong>The</strong> claimant found other work which fairly<br />

and reasonably represents their earning<br />

capacity (in which case compensation<br />

would be adjusted or terminated based on<br />

actual earnings).<br />

• <strong>The</strong> medical evidence establishes that the<br />

claimant’s condition has worsened since<br />

the beginning of the reemployment effort<br />

such that the claimant is now disabled for<br />

the job in question.
