JANUARY<br />

▶ Jan Čejka became the<br />

Chairman of the Board of<br />

Directors and Executive<br />

Director for Economy and<br />

Operations of the subsidiary<br />

HOLIDAYS Czech Airlines.<br />

▶ Most activities of the Czech<br />

Airlines Information and<br />

Communication Technologies<br />

Department were transferred<br />

to Prague Airport.<br />

▶ The administration and<br />

operation of the Crystal<br />

Lounges in Terminals 1 and 2<br />

were transferred from Czech<br />

Airlines Handling to Airport<br />

Prague.<br />

▶ The children’s loyalty<br />

programme JETSTERS was<br />

incorporated into the Czech<br />

Airlines OK Plus loyalty<br />

programme<br />

FEBRUARY<br />

▶ The Minister of Finance signed<br />

the founding charter of the<br />

joint-stock Company Český<br />

Aeroholding.<br />

▶ The Supervisory Board of<br />

Český Aeroholding met for the<br />

first time in a composition<br />

nominated by the Czech<br />

Government. The Supervisory<br />

Board elected Michal Mejstřík<br />

to the position of Chairman,<br />

while Zdeněk Zajíček and Pavel<br />

Kohout became Vice-Chairmen.<br />

The Supervisory Board of<br />

Český Aeroholding also elected<br />

members of the Board of<br />

Directors. Miroslav Dvořák<br />

became the Chairman and Petr<br />

Vlasák and Philippe Moreels<br />

became Vice-Chairmen.<br />

▶ Jiří Marek was appointed Vice-<br />

President for Czech Airlines<br />

Sales and Marketing.<br />

MARCH<br />

▶ The joint-stock Company Český<br />

Aeroholding was entered in<br />

the Commercial Register. In<br />

this context, Miroslav Dvořák<br />

resigned from his statutory<br />

position as Chairman of<br />

the Board of Directors of<br />

Czech Airlines. The number<br />

of members of the Board of<br />

Directors was reduced from<br />

five to three.<br />

▶ Czech Airlines signed collective<br />

agreements with all nine trade<br />

union organizations valid untill<br />

the end of 2012.<br />

▶ The Company announced its<br />

plans to operate several new<br />

regular routes in the summer<br />

season, for example, to<br />

destinations in Ukraine, France<br />

and the Middle East.<br />

APRIL<br />

▶ Petr Matoušek and Josef<br />

Maurer joined the Supervisory<br />

Board of Czech Airlines as new<br />

members. It was agreed that<br />

the number of members of<br />

the Czech Airlines Supervisory<br />

Board would be reduced from<br />

six to three.<br />

▶ In relation to the change<br />

of the legal form of Czech<br />

Airlines Handling from<br />

a limited Company to jointstock<br />

Company, Czech Airlines<br />

Handling, s.r.o., was renamed<br />

Czech Airlines Handling, a.s.
