25 years, I am frequently surprised
by the many things that remain the
same – and alternatively the many
things that have changed. One
thing that has not changed is the
process of buying real estate –
but I hope that is about to change.
I have decided to shift my focus to you – the
Real Estate Buyer and offer my services as an
Exclusive Buyer Broker.
As an Exclusive Buyer Broker, I can do the
following, without prejudice:

all brokers
• Set appointments for you with
brokers to see property
• Evaluate the property and, most
important,
• Negotiate the price for YOU –
not for the seller

later than the 15th of each month in order to be included
in the magazine.
