Youth Fishing Derby at Cama Beach<br />

starting at 9am. All ages can enjoy free fishing, and children 15 and<br />

under are invited to participate in a fishing derby. Participation is<br />

free, but equipment is not provided. Free Registration! Prizes for top<br />

contestants by age group, prizes for first 30 registrants, discounted<br />

Rowboat Rentals: $20 for duration of the Derby. No Discover Pass<br />

Required—FREE DAY (Washington State Parks), in conjunction with<br />

National Get Outdoors Day. No Fishing License Required—FREE<br />

FISHING DAY (Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife). To register,<br />

pick up a registration at the park or download and return by<br />

Camano Island State Park amphitheater, 7:30 pm. Do you know<br />

where bats live? What they eat? How they find their food? When<br />

and where you might see them flying? A Park Ranger will help you<br />

learn these and other facts about bats. Sponsored by Friends of<br />
