IsoCut® Fluid is an oil-based coolant which can reduce
cutting times significantly on many types of materials. It is only for use with IsoMet LS Saws or
saws with the maximum speed of 500 rpm. IsoCut® Fluid is used in an undiluted form.
Cool 2 is a water soluble coolant that will replace all IsoCut Plus and CoolMet 2 products. It is a
high-performance, odorless, water miscible, transparent fluid concentrate with excellent lubrication
and corrosion inhibiting properties. designed for a wide range of abrasive cutting of both
conventional and advances engineering materials.
The product is boron-free and delivers outstanding wetting power. Its excellent flushing capability
efficiently removes particles and debris from the cutting area.
Cool 2 leaves minimal residue and any remaining material is both very-thin and easy-to-dissolve
making further cleaning processes easier and in many cases unnecessary.
