Relating the plot ordination to environmental data
One way to show
environmental relationships
is to construct separate
plots for each
environmental variable
sampled and then replace
the plot numbers in the
ordination with the value
from the appropriate
environmental variable.
Here the plot numbers have
been replaced with values
of pH, % soil moisture and
grazing intensity
respectively.
