Any and all of the foregoing Rules may be modified from time to time as may be deemed necessary in the sole discretion of the Trilogy at Vistancia Community Association including, without limitation; for purposes of compliance with 42 U.S.C. §3607(b)(2)(C), A.R.S. §41-1491.04 and 24 CFR Part 100. EXHIBIT 1 AGE VERIFICATION FOR TRILOGY AT VISTANCIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION TRILOGY AT VISTANCIA IS INTENDED TO BE OPERATED FOR OCCUPANCY BY PERSONS FIFTY-FIVE (55) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. THE TRILOGY AT VISTANCIA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IS OBTAINING THIS AGE VERIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HOUSING FOR OLDER PERSONS ACT (AS DEFINED IN THE FAIR HOUSING ACT, TITLE VIII OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1968, AS AMENDED, 42 U.S.C. § 3601, ET SEQ.)
