Ms Lim Liang Hua – Managing Director
She joined HSBC (Malaysia) Trustee Berhad in April 2004 and brings with
her over 20 years of legal advisory and problem solving skills in the banking
and financial services industry. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Monash University, Australia. She was admitted
to practice as a Barrister & Solicitor in Victoria, Australia in 1984 and was
called to the Malaysian Bar in 1985. She was in private practice for three
years in the Klang Valley before joining the corporate sector, namely the
banking and financial institutions industry. She was the Chief Legal Adviser
and Company Secretary for the Phileo Allied Bank Group and the United
Overseas Bank Group in Malaysia. Prior to her joining HSBC, she was Chief
Executive Officer in an established trust company.
Mr Yee Yit Seeng - Manager, Operations
He joined HSBC (Malaysia) Trustee Berhad in July 1984. He holds a Diploma
in Banking and Finance and is a Senior Associate of Institut Bank-Bank
Malaysia. He has more than 22 years of experience in trust operations
including client service, systems/projects & office administration, compliance,
