20 Rides: “Tami Tami”, a roller coaster for beginners Everything has to start somewhere and Tami Tami is the perfect ride to introduce little ones to the marvellous world of roller coasters. Its gentle journey is suitable for all ages and perfect for those who want to try small bites of adventure. There is also Coco Piloto, an aeroplane monorail passing along the top of SésamoAventura or Mariposas Saltarinas, a carousel with flying bicycles. Food Outlets At Cocina de Epi (Ernie’s Kitchen) we find simple menus designed especially for the little ones. We can eat outside in a spacious shady area next to TeatroAventura, where shows featuring Sesame Street characters are held all day long. In the shop Chiki Tienda we will find everything we could imagine, and more, on our favourite Sesame Street characters. Another attraction to delight younger visitors is La Granja de Elmo (Elmo’s Farm), where children can ride an amusing tractor. The fun continues with El Salto de Blas, a free fall cut down to their size, El Huerto Encantado (The Enchanted Forest), two large play areas and Magic Fish, an aquatic attraction. 21 Shops and special equipment In PortAventura there are 27 shops spread all over the 5 theme areas. They mainly trade in three product categories: Craftwork: 80% of craftwork products are from their relevant origin (Polynesia, China, North America and Mexico) Theme products and major brands: items and clothing of the relevant area, such as cowboy hats, swimming suits, beach wraps... and well-known product brands. PortAventura brand products: with logos, printing and drawings of the attractions and characters found in the Park, such as for instance, Woody mugs, Dragon Khan T-shirts, magnets, dolls and key holders from Sesame Street characters. There are also photography services. From pictures in the attractions: Dragon Khan, Furius Baco, Tutuki Splash”..., or pictures taking along your stroll through the park in improvised sets organized by the photographers; even studio pictures or videos such as Far West’s “Old photo” or th2 “Woody photo studio”. There are also shops selling photo materials. In each area there are Tattoo points, where you can have temporary tattoos, braids and extensions made for you. In the Far West and in China to major playing areas are deployed with the occasion of the anniversaries held by both areas (Independence Day and the birth of the Emperor’s son). Gambling and aim games, all featuring prizes. In China and Mediterrània faithful replicas of vessels for remote-control piloting are also found. And a pick-up service for storing and picking up, at the Park’s exits or at the Hotels (if you are lodged there), any purchases made by customers in their visits. Passes and queue management Through the whole tour around the Park, visitors will find illuminated panels showing wait times for the different attractions and schedules for the various shows. In some of the most visited attractions the information is also updated on wooden panels. If you want to have a certain priority in the attractions, an “Express Pass” may be purchased, allowing you to get in the attraction through an alternative preferential line.
