PortAventura Golf
The aim of PortAventura Golf is to offer high technical rating links with a careful landscaping
and perfectly integrated with the rest of services offered by PortAventura Resort. Greg Norman
authored two of the three courses: the North course and the Centre course respectively. And
Alfonso Vidaor and Magí Sardà designed the South course.
PortAventura’s three golf courses cover 200 hectares and have been designed according to the new American
concept of safe-play courses providing movements and offering options to different types of actions and terrains.
Sustainable Golf Courses
An essential precondition for the design of the three courses was that they would ensure respect to the surroundings,
the environment and water consumption. Proof of the above is the imminent Gold Signature recognition granted by
Audubon International, a prestigious conservationist entity that certifies the respectful, sustainable integration of
the best golf links in the world.
PortAventura’s North, Centre and South courses are integrated in the area’s ecosystem while preserving and
enhancing its natural beauty. A Mediterranean landscape of wetlands at lower altitude, close to the sea, combined
with pine, carob and olive tree groves, the area’s traditional crop.
Three landmark, prestigious courses
The three courses are intended for regular golfers, amateurs and, in general anyone willing to place in a nice,
exclusive environment. Whoever may want to enhance the experience and enjoy the resort’s comforts, has the
option of staying in any of PortAventura’s three hotels and benefit from the Beach Club’s magnificent facilities
featuring seven swimming pools and vistas to the sea. Or delight with PortAventura’s leisure offering with the
Park’s attractions or in PortAventura Aquatic Park.
Both the North and the South courses have a Club House with dressing rooms and showers, as well as a bar and a
beautiful, comfortable restaurant. In the Club House located at the South course there are an Spa and a gym as well
as a beautiful terrace for enjoying the views. Additionally, both feature specialty stores, a Golf School and a rental
of Buggies and clubs; Driving Range, Putting Green, Chipping Green, y un simulator (North course).
