LokPilot digital sets<br />
To simplify conversion of your Delta® locos as much as possible,<br />
the LokPilot digital set is available: It contains a LokPilot<br />
V3.0 decoder 52610, an appropriate permanent magnet and 2<br />
choke coils. You do not need to buy every single item: benefit<br />
from the price advantage of the whole set.<br />
Conversion is simple - you can easily do it yourself!<br />
Here we show you, how it works:<br />
1<br />
We start with a locomotive equipped with a<br />
Delta® motor.<br />
3<br />
Remove the two screws at the motor bearing<br />
assembly and carefully lift off the assembly.<br />
Take care not to lose the coal brushes and<br />
retainer springs!<br />

Carefully replace the bearing assembly again:<br />
Wiggle the brushes a bit or gently pull them<br />
apart, so that you can mount the bearing assembly<br />
over the commutator.<br />

Universal motor with connected Delta® decoder:<br />
Remove all wires betw. motor and decoder.<br />
Remove all choke-coils and -capacitors<br />
except the one between the motor leads.<br />

Pull off the universal field coil and replace it<br />
with the appropriate permanent magnet.<br />

One of 3 magnets is included in each set<br />
Solder one end of a choke coil to each motor<br />
terminal and connect the other end to the<br />
grey, resp. orange wire of the LokPilot/Lok-<br />
Sound decoder. Conversion is done!<br />
