LokPilot digital 21MTC sets<br />
Many model railroaders would like to exchange their old interface<br />
for the modern 21MTC version when converting their aged<br />
Märklin® locomotives and look for a simple and affordable opportunity<br />
to do so.<br />
For this application, we offer our new digital conversion sets.<br />
Besides a LokPilot V3.0 (52614) multi-protocol digital decoder<br />
with 21MTC interface, the set includes one of three appropriate<br />
permanent magnets, two choke coils as well as the appropriate<br />
adapter board 51968. The adapter board 51968 simulates the<br />
well-known Delta® bzw. 6090x decoders in shape and size and<br />
in most cases, can be plugged directly into the specified holding.<br />
Another advantage of the interface is that a subsequent decoder<br />
change can be carried out without soldering. The model railroader<br />
also benefits from the price advantage of buying the whole<br />
set.<br />
Conversion is simple - you can easily do it yourself!<br />

After adding the permanent magnet to the<br />
motor of your Delta® loco (as shown on the<br />
left page), remove the old Delta® decoder.<br />

Install the 21MTC adapter board directly into<br />
the holding of the previous decoder. Mostly<br />
it can be easily plugged into the plastic holding.<br />

One of 3 magnets is included in each set<br />
Plug the decoder onto the adapter board. At<br />
first wire the connections between the motor<br />
and the track. Leave the cables for lighting<br />
out for the time being and make your first<br />
driving test.<br />
After a successful check connect the lighting<br />
cables. You may cut the cables of the adapter<br />
board as you please. Please make sure that<br />
the cables run properly!<br />
To finish the conversion you only need to reassamble<br />
the body of the loco und make sure<br />
that none of the cables gets clamped.<br />
