Before you trade for the first time with your new password, you need to activate your account. This link is available on the Customer Service page of the
site under the heading My Profile. You have to mention all the necessary details on the activation page such as Login ID/User ID (available inside the pin
mailer), ARN no. (10 -digit number available on the first page of the pin mailer), Response ID (available inside the pin mailer), ICICI Bank Account number
(the 12 – digit available inside the pin mailer) and then click on the Request for Activation button to activate your trading account.
