e. Oakwood Investment Partners, (Oakwood Mobile Home Community), 9002 Sheridan Road<br />

Alderperson Juliana and Deputy <strong>City</strong> Attorney Matt Knight spoke. It was moved by Alderperson<br />

Wilson, seconded by Alderperson Knight to approve, subject to completed inspection reports<br />

(Maple Lane Park and Shorecrest Pointe). Motion carried unanimously.<br />

26. Application <strong>of</strong> Cassandra Brown for a Pet Fancier Permit, with no adverse recommendations.<br />

It was moved by Alderperson Juliana, seconded by Alderperson Knight to approve. Motion carried<br />

unanimously.<br />

27. Appeal <strong>of</strong> Sheldon Seichter regarding denial <strong>of</strong> a Peddler License by the <strong>City</strong> Clerk's <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />

Sheldon Seichter was present and spoke. Alderperson Kennedy spoke. It was moved by<br />

Alderperson Juliana, seconded by Alderperson Kennedy to approve, based on charges do not pose a<br />

safety issue to the community.<br />

28. Proposed Ordinance by Alderperson Jesse Downing, co-sponsored by Alderperson Michael Orth,<br />

to amend Subsection 10.063 D.6.a.5 and to create Subsection 10.063 D.6.c.5 <strong>of</strong> the Code <strong>of</strong> General<br />

Ordinances for the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kenosha</strong>, <strong>Wisconsin</strong>, regarding Demerit Points Assessed For Chapter XI<br />

Violations.<br />

Alderperson Downing spoke regarding the differences between Social Host citations versus Selling<br />

Alcohol to Underage Persons citation. Alderpersons Wilson, Juliana and Schwartz requested to be<br />

added as co-sponsors. It was moved by Alderperson Kennedy, seconded by Alderperson Juliana to<br />

approve. Motion carried unanimously.<br />

29. Discussion <strong>of</strong> the demerit point system regarding bartender and liquor licenses.<br />

Alderpersons Downing, Juliana and Kennedy spoke about revising the Ordinance regarding<br />

demerit points. A meeting date and time was set for July 30 th , <strong>2012</strong>, following the Licensing/Permit<br />

meeting, to further discuss this matter.<br />

There being no further business to come before the Licensing/Permit Committee, it was moved, seconded<br />

and unanimously carried to adjourn at 8:20 p.m.
