License located at 2811 - 18 th Avenue, (Pick 'n Save #6871) from Matthew Meyer to Timothy<br />

Menden, with no adverse recommendations.<br />

It was moved by Alderperson Green, seconded by Alderperson Nudo to approve. Motion<br />

carried unanimously.<br />

Alderperson Juliana was excused.<br />

6. Application <strong>of</strong> Beverly Griffin and Maxine Chavours, a general partnership d/b/a Patchez<br />

Ladies & Gent's Co-signment Store, for a Secondhand Article Dealer License located at 6215 -<br />

22 nd Avenue (Patchez Ladies & Gent's Co-signment Store), with a recommendation from the <strong>City</strong><br />

Attorney to deny, based on material police record & false application.<br />

Applicants were present and spoke. It was moved by Alderperson Nudo, seconded by<br />

Alderperson Green to defer to the next meeting on February 13, <strong>2012</strong>. Motion carried<br />

unanimously.<br />

7. Application <strong>of</strong> Gary Doepgen d/b/a Wade's Filling Station, for a Peddlerstand to be located at<br />

56 th & 3 rd Ave. parking lot, across from playground, with no adverse recommendations.<br />

Applicant was present and spoke. It was moved by Alderperson Nudo, seconded by<br />

Alderperson Green to approve contingent on the Department <strong>of</strong> Public Works approving<br />

the location. Referred to the Department <strong>of</strong> Public Works. Motion carried unanimously.<br />

8. Application <strong>of</strong> Mary Santiago for a Pet Fancier Permit, with no adverse recommendations.<br />

Applicant was present and spoke. It was moved by Alderperson Green, seconded by<br />

Alderperson Downing to approve. Motion carried unanimously.<br />
