12. Application <strong>of</strong> BC Tavern <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kenosha</strong>, Inc., for a Transfer <strong>of</strong> Agent status <strong>of</strong> the Class “B” Beer/”Class<br />
B” Liquor License located at 4626 Sheridan Road (Sports on Sheridan) from Betty Christensen to Greg<br />
Czarnecki, with a recommendation from the <strong>City</strong> Attorney to grant, subject to 20 demerit points.<br />

13. Application <strong>of</strong> Imagine 4, LLC, for a Change in the Closing Hours to 1:30 a.m. on the Outdoor<br />
Extension located at 3000 Roosevelt Road, (Big Shotz Sports Bar).<br />
Alderperson Kennedy spoke. Vice-Chair Juliana passed the gavel and spoke. It was moved by<br />
Alderperson Kennedy to deny, based on public safety. Motion failed due to lack <strong>of</strong> a second. It was<br />
moved by Alderperson Wilson, seconded by Alderperson Kennedy to defer to the meeting on July<br />
30 th , <strong>2012</strong>, in order to provide an opportunity for the Alderperson <strong>of</strong> the district to appear and<br />
speak, and a Calls for Service Report could be obtained from the police department. Motion<br />
carried unanimously.<br />
14. Applications for the following Yearly Cabaret Licenses (<strong>2012</strong>-2013 Term), with no adverse<br />
recommendations:<br />
a. GWK, Inc., (2427 - 52 nd Street), Shenanigan's on 52nd<br />
b. ALK, Inc., (2615 - 60 th Street), Shenanigan's Pub & Grill<br />
c. CLS, Inc., (8303 - 22 nd Ave.), Shenanigan's Pub<br />
d. BC Tavern <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kenosha</strong>, Inc. (4626 Sheridan Rd.), Sports on Sheridan<br />
Alderperson Kennedy spoke. Vice-Chair Juliana passed the gavel and spoke. It was moved by<br />
Alderperson Kennedy, seconded by Alderperson Schwartz to separate a and d. Motion carried<br />
unanimously. It was moved by Alderperson Kennedy, seconded by Alderperson Schwartz to<br />
approve b and c. Motion carried unanimously. It was moved by Alderperson Kennedy, seconded<br />
by Alderperson Schwartz to approve a and d, subject to transfer <strong>of</strong> agent to Greg Czarnecki.<br />
Motion carried unanimously.<br />
15. Applications for Amusement and Recreation Enterprise Supervisor Licenses, with no adverse<br />
recommendations:<br />

It was moved by Alderperson Schwartz, seconded by Alderperson Kennedy to approve. Motion<br />
carried unanimously.<br />
16. Application <strong>of</strong> Robert Strash, for an Amusement and Recreation Enterprise Supervisor License,<br />
(Finney's Lounge), with a recommendation from the <strong>City</strong> Attorney to grant, subject to 35 demerit points.<br />
It was moved by Alderperson Schwartz, seconded by Alderperson Kennedy to concur with the<br />
recommendation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> Attorney. Motion carried unanimously.<br />
17. Application <strong>of</strong> Scott Bohlman, for an Amusement and Recreation Enterprise Supervisor License, (Pub<br />
22), with a recommendation from the <strong>City</strong> Attorney to grant, subject to 50 demerit points.<br />
It was moved by Alderperson Schwartz, seconded by Alderperson Kennedy to concur with the<br />
recommendation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> Attorney. Motion carried unanimously.<br />
18. Application <strong>of</strong> Stephanie Perekovich, for an Amusement and Recreation Enterprise Supervisor License,<br />
(Pub 22/Finney's Lounge), with a recommendation from the <strong>City</strong> Attorney to grant, subject to 60 demerit<br />
points.<br />
It was moved by Alderperson Schwartz, seconded by Alderperson Wilson to concur with the<br />
recommendation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>City</strong> Attorney. Motion carried unanimously.
