Removal, disassembly, assembly, Installation & replacement Instructions (continued) 7.9 Economizer Valve removal, test & installation (continued) Installation 7.9.22 Carefully feed the capillary tube into the Economizer Valve Inlet through the Economizer Valve and out the Economizer Valve Outlet Fitting. 7.9.23 Carefully thread the Economizer Valve assembly onto the Manifold until the fitting bottoms in the Economizer Valve body. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! The Economizer Valve will crack and leak if the fittings are over tightened. 7.9.24 Turning counter-clockwise, position the Economizer Valve at a 45° angle to the front. 7.9.25 Thread the Economizer Valve Lock Nut up against the Economizer Valve body finger tight. 7.9.26 Hold the Economizer Valve with one hand in its position tighten the Economizer Valve Lock Nut with a wrench against the Economizer Valve body. 7.9.27 Connect the Warming Coil as per section 7.7. 7.9.28 Install the shroud as per section 7.4 for one (1) piece shroud or 7.4a for two (2) piece shroud.
