Section 12. Ritual<br />
The <strong>Temple</strong> may not deviate from the ritual as promulgated by the<br />
Imperial Council.<br />
Section 13. <strong>Shrine</strong> Law<br />
Neither the <strong>Temple</strong> nor any Noble may violate <strong>Shrine</strong> Law.<br />
Section 14. Public Exhibitions<br />
The appearance in public of candidates or Nobles in costume or attire<br />
or publicly engaging in activities, which bring reproach upon the Order,<br />
is prohibited.<br />
Section 15. Intoxicating Liquor<br />
The intemperate use of intoxicating liquor, gambling and profane<br />
swearing are prohibited within the confines of this <strong>Temple</strong> or at any<br />
meeting or function sponsored by any unit or club thereof.<br />

ARTICLE VIII<br />
<strong>Temple</strong> Units<br />
The Units are a part of the working corps of the <strong>Temple</strong>, are under<br />
the control of the Potentate, and shall be composed wholly of Nobles<br />
in good standing in the <strong>Temple</strong>.<br />
Section 2. Parades and Public Appearances<br />
(a) In parades under the auspices of the <strong>Temple</strong> or of a <strong>Shrine</strong> Club<br />
only Nobles shall participate.<br />
(b) No <strong>Temple</strong> unit is permitted to participate in a parade or public<br />
exhibition without the express approval of the Potentate.
