As per GERC directive, <strong>SLDC</strong> gets its Final Accounts audited from a Chartered Accountant from the FY<br />
2010-11. <strong>SLDC</strong> is near to closing its financial books for the FY <strong>2011</strong>-<strong>12</strong> after which it will be presented<br />
before a Charted Accountant for Statutory Audit; however, some major ‘unaudited’ figures for the FY<br />
