I. Incorporation of voluminous revisions from generators and DISCOMs
As per Hon’ble GERC Order 3 of 2010 dated 01 st April 2010, Gujarat State has
implemented intra-State ABT mechanism with effect from 05 th April 2010 with
participation of all generators and Distribution licensees. Thereafter, it has been
generally observed that DISCOMs and Generators are responding to frequency
changes quickly as they have to adhere to merit order despatch for economical
operation. DISCOMs are changing schedule for many generators in their single
requisition and implementation of RRF mechanism would also lead to frequent
revisions from RE generators. Timely incorporation of voluminous revisions from
generators and DISCOMs in real time, intimation to them, integration with SCADA &
posting on website is the major task for SLDC.
