• Anti Corruption Tribunals (ACT) <strong>and</strong> National Ministers Court • NMC fully functional.<br />

• A National Ministers Court is established <strong>and</strong> functional.<br />
• National Justice Programs (NJP) Capital Investment Plan (CIP) is<br />

• Civil, commercial <strong>and</strong> penal statutes are reviewed;<br />
• Existing Afghan laws <strong>and</strong> legal resources are made<br />
