• JSIs Organizational Structures are reviewed (PRR <strong>and</strong> P&G).<br />

• -ACT fully functional in 8 regions.<br />

• Anti Corruption Tribunals (ACT) <strong>and</strong> National Ministers Court • NMC fully functional.<br />

(NMC) established.<br />

• A National Ministers Court is established <strong>and</strong> functional.<br />

• National Justice Programs (NJP) Capital Investment Plan (CIP) is<br />

completed (infrastructure, transport <strong>and</strong> equipment needs assessment).<br />

• NJP-CIP prioritized <strong>implementation</strong> started.<br />

• Civil, commercial <strong>and</strong> penal statutes are reviewed;<br />

• Existing Afghan laws <strong>and</strong> legal resources are made<br />

accessible in coherent, rationalized, classified <strong>and</strong><br />

digitized format.<br />

• Training programs are rolled out <strong>and</strong> implemented.<br />

• JSI’s PRR <strong>and</strong> P&G completed.<br />

• JSI’s are linked with E-Governance program.<br />

• JSIs Staff’s security ensured.<br />

• Roll out of legal awareness strategy has commenced.<br />

• Nationwide <strong>implementation</strong> of informal justice<br />

strategy commenced <strong>and</strong> law implemented.<br />

• Design of national legal aid strategy is completed; mechanism <strong>and</strong><br />

systems for the provision of legal aid services are designed.<br />

• Vocational training programs for prisons <strong>and</strong> juvenile detention<br />
