Revised and implemented the <strong>City</strong> Personnel Policies & Procedures Manual<br />

Created and implemented the Employee Handbook<br />

Created a job reclassification/classification policy and procedure<br />

Developed and implemented a CDL random drug/alcohol testing program<br />

Developed and implemented a Facility Emergency Evacuation Policy and Procedures<br />

Developed and implemented a Defensive Driver Course program<br />

Conducted and/or coordinated mandatory anti-harassment training for all <strong>City</strong> employees<br />

Coordinated diversity training for all <strong>City</strong> managers and supervisors<br />

Coordinated customer service training for key employees<br />

Coordinated annual Employee Holiday Luncheon and the annual Employee Health Fair<br />

Coordinated annual Employee Open Enrollment<br />

Coordinated quarterly sessions/workshops with the 457/401A retirement plan representatives<br />

Partnered with CBE for Summer Internship Program<br />

Restructured Position Control protocol as recommended by MATRIX Consultants<br />

Developed a new Volunteer/Intern Program with background screening<br />

Completed an audit <strong>of</strong> Life/STD/LTD insurance policies and implemented procedures to<br />

ensure accuracy<br />

Worked with Finance and the <strong>City</strong>’s TPA for COBRA benefits, Ceridian, to comply with the<br />

American Recovery & Reinvestment Act <strong>of</strong> 2009 regarding COBRA subsidy program<br />
