WHEN ORDERING BY MAIL<br />
The item numbers used in this Bulletin identify<br />
the products <strong>and</strong> should be written on the order<br />
form in the Item Number column. The next<br />
column asks for a description of each item as a cross<br />
reference. In this space, you may also indicate any<br />
specific requests, e.g., special marginal inscription<br />
positions. Fill in the price in the appropriate column.<br />
Multiply the price by the number required of that<br />
particular item <strong>and</strong> enter the resulting figure in<br />
the Amount column on the order form. Total your<br />
order <strong>and</strong> indicate whether registration of the order<br />
is requested. Add postage <strong>and</strong> h<strong>and</strong>ling charges.<br />
Enclose your remittance <strong>and</strong> mail to the indicated<br />
address.<br />
The new-issue stamps, stationery or other<br />
philatelic items have been pre-printed on the order<br />
form for your convenience.<br />

ordered on this form, subject to availability of stock.<br />
Please allow at least four (4) weeks for delivery.<br />
MAIL ORDER DELAYS<br />
Because of the continued heightened security<br />
measures at the <strong>United</strong> <strong>Nations</strong>, all incoming mail<br />
received at <strong>United</strong> <strong>Nations</strong> Headquarters is subject<br />
to increased screening <strong>and</strong> processing. Incoming<br />
mail <strong>and</strong> orders addressed to the <strong>United</strong> <strong>Nations</strong><br />
<strong>Postal</strong> <strong>Administration</strong> have also been affected by<br />
these delays. On average, it takes approximately 2-3<br />
weeks from the time an article is posted for it to<br />
reach UNPA. Consequently, some customers have<br />
experienced delays in receiving their orders.<br />
Many customers have been flooding the phone<br />
lines with inquiries about their orders. Please be<br />
assured that we are doing our best at UNPA to<br />
process your orders as quickly as possible. We ask for<br />
your patience <strong>and</strong> underst<strong>and</strong>ing in this regard, as<br />
unfortunately we cannot avoid these security issues.<br />
