HPI: Use lay terminology as the voice of the patient<br />
Patient was brought in by coworkers complaining of nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Patient is<br />
confused and having trouble breathing as s/he relates that the symptoms began while at work on a<br />
landscaping job. The worker was alone in one area of the yard spraying for bugs when coworkers noticed<br />
patient to be vomiting and confused.<br />
