For payloads from 250 kg up to 1,000 kg per planetary axis: powerful KUKA robot motors and gear units
guarantee fast, high-precision workpiece positioning across the entire range of models. The result is utmost
process reliability and economic efficiency. The advantages: a high degree of planning reliability and
security of investment.

Through the use of individually combinable, modular standard
components from series production of KUKA robots, the Posiflex
system offers you a wealth of variants for a vast range of
different kinematic systems and sizes – and all this for comparatively

Increase your output: it’s easy with the Posiflex system. Highly
dynamic motors and high-precision robot gear units ensure
short turning times and utmost positioning accuracy. This
enables fast, precise positioning of the workpieces – ideal
for automated arc welding, for example. The advantages:
greater productivity and optimal process results.
