Learning Environments Conference
For a second year, FETC is co-located with the Learning Environments Conference,
formerly SCBE. This event brings together decision makers and purchasers who
plan, design, construct, retrofit and manage both public and private educational
facilities to discuss solutions and facilities projects. Be sure to visit the shared
and expanded Exhibit Hall containing industry-leading vendors for both events. A
complete exhibitor listing is found on page 63. Additionally, any FETC attendee may
attend Learning Environments content sessions with a registration add-on of $100
at the registration desk.
Co-Located With
Florida Distance Learning Association
The Florida Distance Learning Association (FDLA) is proud to sponsor a distance
learning mini-conference integrated within the annual FETC Conference. During the
pre-conference days, FDLA will host four hands-on distance learning workshops.
An FDLA members’ meeting will be held on January 29th. In addition, during FETC,
FDLA will host a distance learning thread of concurrent and featured sessions on
Wednesday and Thursday, January 30 and 31.
FedEx Office Business Center
The FedEx Office business center is located on the main concourse and offers full
service printing, production of vinyl banners/signs, internet access and faxing.
Complete packing, shipping and receiving services are also available.
Evaluations
Your feedback is important to us. Please share your thoughts on sessions,
keynotes, workshops and speakers through our online session evaluation
system that can be accessed through the Edmodo FETC Community website at
http://www.edmodo.com/publisher/fetc or on the FETC Mobile App. Use the
six-digit code for each session or workshop to submit an evaluation. Access the
session evaluations on the mobile app or in the FETC edmodo Community by using
the six-digit group codes.
FETC Mobile App
FETC wants to help you get connected, go green, enhance
networking and allow you to review the conference
agenda and events schedule to create your own personal
schedule with the new FETC mobile app. Download the
FETC event mobile app to stay abreast of all the latest
conference information! The interactive maps, floor plans,
event schedules and guides, as well as local information,
will be available and accessible at the touch of your fingertips. You can also read
collateral from speakers and exhibitors, evaluate sessions, learn about products
and plan out your own unique conference route. With Social Media integration,
everyone can stay on top of what’s going on at the conference through Edmodo

First Aid
In the event that you need minor medical attention during FETC, the first aid room
is located in Medical Room #6 on the main concourse. A trained paramedic will be
on duty during regular conference hours.
Free Wireless Connectivity
FETC is offering free wireless access to the internet under the SSID of Free FETC13.
Access will be available for the conference attendees throughout the convention
center, except in the Exhibit Hall area. For faster speed please limit the number of
devices connected to the wireless network.
Information Booth
Have questions? FETC staffs an information booth located on the main concourse
during regular conference hours. If you have a question or need information at
any time during the conference, use our #ASK@FETC hashtag on Twitter and we
will answer your questions virtually. The Orange County Convention Center also
staffs a Guest Services booth on the main concourse to answer general questions
regarding Orlando, attractions and restaurants.
Lost And Found
Lost and Found articles can be taken to, or claimed at, the FETC Information Booth
located on the main concourse.

FETC 2013 will be held in the SOUTH Concourse of the Orange
County Convention Center. The Orange County Convention
Center (OCCC) is the second largest convention center in the nation and “Center
of Hospitality,” located in the heart of Orlando’s tourism district and recognized
nationally for its green initiatives. The OCCC exemplifies its commitment to
environmental stewardship through ongoing projects and consistent review of its
facilities and processes. This is a non-smoking facility. This venue is located at
