Mr. Regalado had more than 20 years of experience in architecture<br />
design, master planning, preparation of construction documents, project<br />
management and construction administration. His experience includes<br />
the design of mixed-use projects, industrial facilities, transportation<br />
facilities, educational facilities, office buildings, and aviation facilities,<br />
commercial and large-scale multi-family projects for both public and<br />
private clients.<br />
Service Plaza Renovations, Service Plaza Strategic Plan, Various<br />
Locations, State of <strong>Florida</strong> Department of Transportation,<br />
<strong>Florida</strong>’s Turnpike Enterprise Project Manager to provide<br />
architectural interiors and MEP engineering contract documents for<br />
seven plaza buildings of which 3,consisting of 58,500 sf, will be<br />
renovated and 120,500 sf will be new construction. Also provide civil,<br />
site utility engineering, landscape architecture and intelligent<br />
transportation system contract documents and professional surveying<br />
for six of the plazas. The project also includes design elements which<br />
will target LEED certification of the new facilities for LEED NC<br />
“Silver” award level.<br />
District Wide Facilities ADA Program Survey, New <strong>South</strong> Central<br />
Area, the school Board of Broward County, Broward County,<br />
<strong>Florida</strong> Project Manager for providing Program Surveys for each of<br />
the fifteen facilities included in the scope of work. The Scope included<br />
the following tasks: Analysis of previous ADA survey information and<br />
preparing FISH plan; Meetings with the school representative(s) to<br />
collect information regarding all of the programs, services & activities<br />
offered at the school and identify their physical location in the school<br />
using the facility FISH Plan; Collect information regarding Post 1992<br />
construction and proposed building demolition at each school;<br />
Processing of information collected. Information will be submitted in<br />
both graphic (color coded FISH Plans) and written format as the<br />
deliverable as outlined buy the client.<br />
Facility Assessments and Plant Survey, Miami-Dade County Public<br />
Schools, Miami, <strong>Florida</strong> Project Manager providing building<br />
inspection services to include architectural and structural elements for<br />
capital improvement scope issues. Over 130 schools are being surveyed<br />
throughout a five-month period. Surveying and inspection information<br />
includes; deficiency reports, life cycle analysis and verification of<br />
existing site conditions. Quantities were also provided for cost<br />
estimating purposes. The information provided in the inspection reports<br />
will be used to ascertain the school board’s five-year capital<br />
improvement program.<br />
