David is a planner and landscape architect whose thought<br />

leadership contributes to the vigor of WRT’s sustainable<br />

communities planning practice. He has directed many of the<br />

firm’s major planning assignments and has helped formulate<br />

key concepts that distinguish WRT’s work. David continues to<br />

develop and refine ideas and techniques that enable communities<br />

to more effectively shape their future. In particular, David has<br />

a special interest in planning and design for sustainability,<br />

community engagement in the planning process, and capacitybuilding<br />

for implementation.<br />
