ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS<br />
The 44"th Annual Meeting will be held in the Club on Saturday, 13th October,<br />
6.30 p.m. for 7.00 p.m d Dinner with the customary good cheer#<br />

Important business will include election of Club's officers and executive.<br />

The Constitution says, (Sec.23) - All nominations of officers and other members<br />
of the Executive Committee shall be made in writing, signed by not fewer<br />
than five members and shall be posted in the Club for at least two weeks before<br />
the Annual Meeting.<br />
Candidates for nomination must have been members for at least two years, be<br />
in good standing and their consent to act must have been secured.<br />
Of the 15 members thus constituting the Executive Committee, not more than<br />
one-third shall be Non-Professional (Sec. 19)•<br />
ELECTIONS ARE A VITAL PART OF THE CLUB LIFE BECAUSE THE PROGRESS OF<br />
THE CLUB DEPENDS LARGE<strong>LY</strong> ON ITS OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS.<br />
