LiquiMaster Control Software<br />
The LiquiMaster Software is intended for the<br />
realisation of st<strong>and</strong>-alone liquid h<strong>and</strong>ling<br />
applications with AutoSam devices.<br />
With the <strong>Liquid</strong>Master, it is possible to realise<br />
spreadsheet or script-based schedule control for<br />
AutoSam with 2/3 -way valve in combination with<br />
our LabDos <strong>and</strong> LiquiDos peristaltic pumps <strong>and</strong> the<br />
SyrDos syringe pumps.<br />
LiquiMaster can control the sampling optionally by<br />
the integrated 2/3 way valve or/<strong>and</strong> with a LabDos<br />
peristaltic pump.<br />
Timings for valves <strong>and</strong> pumps, the pumpheads<br />
rotational speed <strong>and</strong> delivery volume as well as the<br />
cleaing time/volume can be parameterised.<br />
Sampling times will be managed be the timetable<br />
element.<br />
The programm creates a protocol of all executed<br />
sampling.<br />
With the ight version (SL-LIQUIML) an AutoSam can<br />
be used for st<strong>and</strong>ard samplings.<br />
The LiquiMaster full version uses the additional<br />
freely programmable HiText syntax, with which<br />
additional valves <strong>and</strong> pumps can be controlled <strong>and</strong><br />
sensors can be integrated.<br />
The optional AutoSam feature.connector (IL-<br />
AUTOSAM-FEACON) enables the connection of two<br />
additional valves <strong>and</strong> two binary sensors at the<br />
AutoSam. With the RS232 interface additional<br />
sensors <strong>and</strong> devices can be integrated.<br />

� Control of the position of the sample tray <strong>and</strong> the<br />
injection needle<br />
� Control of the 2/3-way valve <strong>and</strong> one pump<br />
� Free programmable rinsing cycles <strong>and</strong> needle<br />
rinsing programs<br />
� Protocoling as sample tickets etc.<br />
� Data exchange with existing LIMS systems<br />
The software is based on HiBuilder <strong>and</strong> can be<br />
extended with much ease for instance to<br />
send/receive data to/from a LIMS.<br />
It is a Microsoft Windows based software that runs<br />
on a LabComm<strong>and</strong>er - Mini-Terminal.<br />

The LabComm<strong>and</strong>er mini-terminal enables to space<br />
saving realisation of dosing-, dispering <strong>and</strong> mixing<br />
stations on the laboratory bench.<br />
