2/3-Way Valve
Liquid Handling and Autosampler
This 2/3 way valve for AutoSam sample collectors is
mounted on the needle sliding carriage.
The needle is directly attached at the valve fitting so
that there is no tube between needle and valve. This
leads to minimum dead volume and accordingly
minimal flushing losses.
For activation, the valve requires one of the three
possible digital switching outputs.
Material in contact with media: PTFE. Other
materials are available upon request.
Tube diameter 3 to 3.2 mm.

Magnetic Stirrer Drive
Beneath the needle position, a magnetic stirrer drive can be integrated in order to be able to drive magnetic
stir bars in the sample bottles without contact.

Tandem Equipment
At devices and trays with tandem equipment there
are always two sample bottles at every position
which can be separately filled, respectively emptied.
Out of the first vessel, e.g. an reactant can be
provided whilst a product sample is filled into the
second vessel.
The needles always move in parallel.
