• A facility that offers unique and supportive housing for seniors (55+ years) who have exhausted
all other housing options and have not been to access typical seniors housing in Calgary.
• Residents are expected to manage their own self care including dressing, taking medications
and getting to meals without assistance. Some Home Care support is acceptable.
• Rents are: $875/mon for suite/studio or $775/mon for dormitory living for 65+ years; $750/mon
suite/studio or $650/mon for dormitory living for 55 – 64 years.
• Services include meals, housekeeping, clean linens and 24-hour non-medical personnel.
• Organized activities are provided.
