KAMPOR
SUPETARSKA DRAGA
The image of Supetarska Draga, the town
of the same name and the largest bay
on the island, is graced by a number of
beautiful sandy islets at the entrance to
the bay. Supetarska Draga is home to a
large marina and offers an excellent range
of family accommodation. Its numerous
guests say that the sunset in Supetarska
Draga is unforgettable. Continuing along
the fertile valley from Supetarska Draga
towards the interior of the island, we find
the only Rab settlement that is not on the
coast - Mundanije. Nevertheless, this village
offers tourists a pleasant and peaceful stay
in family homes adapted to take tourists.
GONAR
MUNDANIJE
At the extreme north of the island is the
region of Lopar, with its rich selection of
accommodation in apartments, rooms
and small family hotels and bed-andbreakfasts.
Around the town there are 22
sandy beaches, each more fascinating than
the next. The largest is the Paradise Beach,
no less than 1500 metres long, along which
the largest hotel and tourist complex and
campsite of San Marino is situated. Near to
this is a leisure centre, with sports facilities,
tennis courts and much more.
Within the tourist complex and leisure
centre, there are several nightclubs
which are especially lively in the summer
months.
And that is Rab - a picture of an island,
its history, culture and civilisation, a
picture of the work of its people and their
achievements in tourism. We know that
we have not said everything that deserves
to be said of Rab. That would take much
more space than this tourist brochure
allows. But we are convinced that visitors

and beautiful places and experience many
enjoyable moments. Such a personal
experience cannot be described in a
publication like this. It is a treasure that
every guest on Rab will take home with
them, a treasure which may just bring
them back to Rab again.
