The Mineral Resource was estimated by John Milovanovic (MAusIMM) of Avocet Mining Plc. Mr Milovanovic is a Competent Person as defined by the Australasian Code for the reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the JORC Code 2004 Edition) and consents to the inclusion in this report on the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears. The Souma Mineral Resource has been independently verified by Mr David Williams of CSA. Mr Williams is defined as Competent Person by the Australasian Code for the reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (the JORC Code 2004 Edition. The cut‐off grade used is 0.2g/t gold. Avocet Mining owns 100% of the Souma property through Goldbelt Resources (West Africa) SARL. 5.12 Ore Reserve Estimates No Ore Reserves have been estimated for the Souma deposit as the project has not yet developed to this stage. 5.13 Mining Methods The potential mining methods applicable to Souma have not been investigated as the project has not yet developed to this stage. 5.14 Recovery Methods No recovery methods have been estimated for the Souma deposit as the project has not yet developed to this stage. 5.15 Project Infrastructure The potential project infrastructure has not been investigated for the Souma deposit as the project has not yet developed to this stage.
