very little oil,<br />
in order to keep <strong>the</strong>m<br />
heart healthy.<br />
8 canned pineapple chunks, nonsweetened<br />
8 cherry tomatoes<br />
1 can (6 oz) frozen, concentrated apple juice, thawed<br />
1 C dry white wine<br />
2 Tbsp soy sauce, low sodium<br />
dash ginger, ground<br />
2 Tbsp vinegar<br />
Yield: 8 servings<br />
1 /4 C vegetable oil<br />
Serving size: 1 /2 kabob<br />
Each serving provides:<br />
1. Sprinkle chicken breasts with pepper. Calories: 359<br />

2. Thread 8 skewers as follows: chicken,<br />

mushroom, chicken, onion, chicken,<br />

3. Combine remaining ingredients <strong>and</strong><br />
