Chillin’ Out Pasta Salad<br />
Cook up this taste feast<br />
<strong>and</strong> set <strong>the</strong> table for a<br />
new family favorite.<br />
2 1 /2 C (8 oz) medium shell pasta<br />
1 C (8 oz) plain nonfat yogurt<br />
2 Tbsp spicy brown mustard<br />
2 Tbsp salt free herb seasoning<br />
1 1 /2 C celery, chopped<br />
1 C green onion, sliced<br />
1 lb small shrimp, cooked<br />
3 C (about 3 large) tomatoes, coarsely chopped<br />
1. Cook pasta according to directions—but do not add salt to water.<br />
Drain <strong>and</strong> cool.<br />
2. In large bowl, stir toge<strong>the</strong>r yogurt, mustard, <strong>and</strong> herb seasoning.<br />
3. Add pasta, celery, <strong>and</strong> green onion, <strong>and</strong> mix well. Chill for at least 2<br />
hours.<br />
4. Just before serving, carefully stir in shrimp <strong>and</strong> tomatoes.<br />
