From the analysis in Table 2.6 and Table 2.7 it can be pointed<br />
out that most of the resp<strong>on</strong>dents are from the lower and medium<br />
income groups. They <strong>on</strong>ly afford to stay in the low cost houses<br />
with the affordable price is less than RM50,000.<br />
Table 2.8 shows the relati<strong>on</strong>ship between household income and<br />
the types of affordable <strong>housing</strong>. While in Table 9 shows the<br />
relati<strong>on</strong>ship between household income and the price of the<br />
affordable <strong>housing</strong>.<br />
