KEY OPPORTUNITIES
Access
• Serving boat traffic access to stores
• Enhance Hwy 48 and Baseline Road entry points
• New bridge over Black River
• Improve public transit (Hwy 48/High Street Terminal)
• Better Public Realm (views/access/open space) and plan for increasing day tripper use
• Improve Hwy 48/High Street Access
• Transportation availability for seniors
• Provide more public access to Lake and River front
• Explore public transit to other areas in the Region
• Create linking system between schools/parks/community destination
