ROAD MAP FOR PRIORITY ACTION: URBAN RCH
Carry out a comprehensive third party evaluation of UHCs/ NGO performance including an
assessment of reasons for low expenditure (9.6 % in the first 9 months of 2011-12). State to
apprise MoHFW of action taken on the basis of the findings of the evaluation by September
2012.
Monitor performance of UHCs/NGOs against targets.
Staffing at UHCs to be linked to case load.
