How do I love Phoenix? Let me count the ways.
I love Phoenix to the depth and breadth and height
Of every storage tank and every connecting pipe
My eyes can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Safety and Security, even at night.
I love Phoenix to the level of the floating roof
Most quiet need, by sun and factors of evaporation
I love Phoenix freely, as men strive for Right;
I love Phoenix purely, as they turn from Praise (and annual salary raise).
In the hands of Kenneth, a Phoenix
folder opens to a Phoenix station.
“You came, we work, I live” is the
battlecry.
I love Phoenix with a passion put to use
In my spot reports, done with childlike faith.
