retired Vice President of Casualty and Property
Casualty Underwriters (CPCU). Kevin enjoys travel and

Raymond Brno ‘59 and wife, Sue, live in Carlsbad,
California where they dedicate their time teaching
Sunday school to toddlers. Ray also practices Hatha
yoga and relishes his time on the links. The couple is
proud of their grown son and daughter and also enjoys
spending time with their two-year-old granddaughter.

Eugene Doyle ‘59 has retired after forty years in the
telecommunications industry where he spent much of
his career traveling to Asia, the Pacific, Europe, and
Latin America. He and wife JoAnn spend much of their
time in Sarasota, Florida.
John Farr ’59 and his wife reside at the The Villages
in Central Florida. John extends a warm invitation to
any alums who happen to be visiting the area to contact
him for a round of golf and an opportunity to reminisce
the “good old days” at Holy Cross.

Community Relations Award from the Jewish
Community Relations Council (JCRC) at its annual

James Glynn ’59 and wife Joan are enjoying life in
Petaluna, California where Jim continues to operate his
orthopedic medical practice. The couple’s grown children,
Laura and Ned, are doing fine.
Richard Speciale ’59 spent the winter on “ski
patrol” at Mt. Snow, Vermont, and a month scuba diving
in the Cayman Islands. He plans to put a new 29’ boat
in the water this summer. Life is good!

Manager for Homan Corporation, a manufacturing
company located in Chicago. He and wife Mary have
been married for forty-one years and have one son and
two granddaughters.
Frank Ruggiero ’60 is retired from the IBM
Corporation and lives with wife Judy in Denton, Texas.
An avid golfer, Frank has been an active officer for various

Victor Gagliano (Gallian) ’62 is getting ready
to retire in two years and move to Cary, North Carolina

Robert McDonald ’62 is retired as Director of the
National Office of PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP after
more than thirty-two years with the firm. He and his
wife now enjoy living near Mount Snow, Vermont, in
their “golf home” on the 13th fairway! The couple also
enjoys babysitting their first grandchild, Jack.
Joseph Previdi ’62 retired last June as Chair of the
Holy Cross Math Department after a life-long career at
his alma mater.
Frank Simonetti ’62 is an active Board member at
St. Maurice Church in Dania Beach, Florida. He has
been a volunteer for hunger programs for the past thirteen
years and is a supporter of Poverello Center for

Robert Adams ’63 and wife Pat (proud parents of
three children and four grandchildren) have lived in Port St.
Lucie, Florida since 1996. Bob is retired from the
Howard County Police Department, and currently
works as official scorer for the New York Mets’ spring
training games as well as for the St. Lucie Mets minor
league team.
Bill Burke ’63 has retired after thirty-five years
with the NYC Board of Education after serving in a multitude
of roles including: teacher, varsity football coach,
Dean of Discipline, and Assistant Principal. Bill was a
four-time winner of the Administrator of the Year
Award for Queens County high schools. He and wife
Santa are proud of their two grown children--Billy and
Kelly—who are married and successful in their careers.

James Gleason ’64 has appeared in theatre productions
on both coasts, notably creating the role of
